The RespectHerGame Advocacy Group is the advocacy and activism arm of CessTalkSports X BWISE PoliSports Tea Time Podcast.
We exist because Black women in sports—whether on the basketball court, track, tennis court, volleyball, or soccer fields—are too often overlooked, underpaid, misrepresented, or silenced.
Rooted in truth-telling, media accountability, and fan-powered action.
MISSION
To fight for justice, visibility, agency, and equity. We amplify contributions, challenge systems of exclusion, and empower athletes and fans to demand fairness through advocacy, education, and activism.
VISION
A world where Black women athletes are fully recognized, equitably compensated, fairly represented, and celebrated for their excellence both on and off the field.
